About this product
A real-time clock module built around the DS1307 chip, which keeps track of seconds, minutes, hours, day, month and year. It has a backup battery supply so the clock keeps running when the Raspberry Pi is powered off. It communicates over I2C and is an add-on for Raspberry Pi projects that need accurate time without a network connection.
