Not directly. Microcontroller pins supply only a small current, so drive the motor through a transistor, MOSFET or motor driver module, powered from a 5 V source. Add a flyback diode across the motor terminals.
How do I reverse its rotation?
Swap the two supply connections to reverse rotation. When using a driver module, use its direction inputs instead.
