How do I select a channel on the CD4053B?
Each of the three switches has its own select input (A, B or C). A low level connects the common pin to the first channel and a high level connects it to the second. The INH pin disables all switches when it is high.
Can I use the CD4053B with an Arduino?
Yes. The control inputs accept logic levels from a 5 V microcontroller when the logic supply VDD is set to 5 V. For analog signals that swing below ground, connect the VEE pin to a negative supply, and for single-supply use connect VEE to ground as described in the datasheet.
