Can I use it as a pull-up resistor for a digital input?
Only for low-speed signals where a weak pull-up is acceptable. At 430 kΩ the pull-up current is very small, so the line may rise slowly and be sensitive to noise. For faster or noisier lines, use a lower value such as 4.7 kΩ to 10 kΩ.
