300 kΩ uses orange, black, yellow bands: digits 3 and 0 followed by a ×10,000 multiplier.
Is it suitable for LED current limiting?
Not usually. At 300 kΩ only a fraction of a milliamp flows from a 5 V supply, which is far too little for a normal LED to light well. Use a much lower value for LED current limiting.
