Frequently asked questions
How many balance connections does a 16S board need?
A 16-cell pack has 17 connection points: B- at the first cell's negative, 15 junctions between adjacent cells, and B+ at the top cell's positive. Each point gets its own balance lead.
Where do the charger and the load connect?
Boards usually separate the battery-side terminals from the charge and load terminals. Follow the labels on the board, and wire the charger and load only to the terminals marked for them.
