About this product
A kit that turns a light on automatically when a room gets dark and off again when light returns. An LDR light sensor changes its value with light level, and the Arduino reads it. When the reading passes a darkness threshold chosen by the learner, three white LEDs switch on. The code uses hysteresis to prevent flickering at the threshold.

Frequently asked questions
Why are resistors used with the LEDs?
Each LED needs a series resistor to limit its current. Without it, the LED can draw too much current and be damaged, especially when several LEDs are connected.
How do I choose the darkness threshold?
Read the sensor value in bright light and in darkness using Serial Monitor, then choose a value between the two. Set the threshold in the code, and the hysteresis margin keeps the light stable near that value.
