Frequently asked questions
How do I program the Arduino Pro Mini if it has no USB port?
Connect a USB-to-TTL serial adapter to the board's TX, RX, GND and VCC pins, and select the Pro Mini board in the Arduino IDE. Use an adapter whose logic level matches the 5 V version of the board.
Which pin should I use to power the board?
The 5 V pin accepts a regulated 5 V supply directly. The RAW pin accepts an unregulated input of 7 V to 9 V, which the onboard regulator converts to 5 V.
