Frequently asked questions
Is it compatible with standard Arduino Uno shields?
The Esplora does not use the standard Uno header layout. It relies on TinkerKit connectors and a TFT socket, so do not assume Uno shields will fit. Check the pin layout before buying accessories.
What software do I need to program it?
Use the Arduino IDE, select Arduino Esplora as the board, and use the Esplora library to access the onboard sensors and outputs.
