Frequently asked questions
Is the USB output suitable for charging phones?
The listing rates the USB charger at 5 V and 2.4 A in total across its two ports, which suits charging phones and small devices. Avoid connecting high-current devices that need more than the rated output.
Does the surge protection replace a UPS?
No. It offers basic surge protection only and has no battery backup, so it does not replace a UPS during power outages.
