How do I get a DC supply from this transformer?
For a full-wave center-tap rectifier, use two diodes with the center tap as 0V. Each half gives about 24V AC, so the peak voltage before the filter capacitor is roughly 34V minus diode drop. Choose capacitors rated above that voltage.
Can I connect it to 110V mains?
No. The input is specified as 220 Vac, so use it only on 220V mains. Fuse the primary side and keep the transformer enclosed when connected to mains.
