How do I power these LEDs from a 5V supply?
Connect each LED in series with a resistor. The resistor value depends on the LED colour and its forward voltage, so check the datasheet of each colour and calculate the value for the current you want.
Do all colours have the same forward voltage?
No. Blue and white LEDs usually have a higher forward voltage than red and yellow LEDs, so the same resistor will give different currents for different colours.
