How do I connect the cells to the board?
Follow the labels printed on the board: B- for the negative end of the pack, B1, B2 and B3 for the junctions between the cells, and the P+ and P- pads for the load or charger. Connect the cells in series order and double-check the polarity before powering the board.
Can I charge the pack with a plain 12 V adapter?
A plain 12 V adapter will not fully charge a 3S Li-ion pack. Charge with a 12.6 V Li-ion charger that uses constant-current and constant-voltage charging, and keep the charge current within the cells' rated limit.
