Can it hold heavy parts?
Double-sided tape is suited to light and moderate loads. For heavy components or parts that see vibration or strain, use mechanical fixings such as screws or standoffs in addition to the tape.
How do I get a strong bond?
Clean the surfaces with a dry cloth or isopropyl alcohol and let them dry fully. Press the tape firmly for several seconds after applying it. The bond strengthens over time.
